Our mission
Fragrance is one of the few purchases you cannot judge from a screen. We exist to close that gap — with honest, first-person reviews based on real wear tests, transparent scoring, and dupe research that can save you hundreds. Every page is built to help a reader, not to sell them something.
Editorial standards
- Every review is written in the first person by a named reviewer who wore the fragrance on skin.
- Every review includes at least one honest criticism. A review that praises everything is not trustworthy.
- We never recommend a fragrance because of its affiliate commission rate.
- We document the batch tested, the date, the location, and the conditions of every Tier 1 test.
The 12-hour test protocol
Our top reviews are based on a structured 12-hour wear test. The reviewer logs the fragrance at four intervals — Hour 1 (opening), Hour 4 (heart), Hour 8 (transition to dry-down), and Hour 12 (final state) — and records skin type, temperature, number of sprays, and application points. This is how we produce real longevity and projection data instead of repeating a brand's marketing copy.
